Barrel galvanizing is ideal for galvanizing small to medium-sized products such as hinges, springs, fasteners, bolts, nuts, etc. We perform this process on a fully automated galvanizing line using an acid bath.
Thanks to this advanced method, we achieve a high gloss finish combined with an efficient production process. This results in short turnaround times and a high-quality, ductile zinc coating with an excellent finish.
After barrel galvanizing, products are typically passivated to improve corrosion resistance. Within our barrel line, we offer various passivation options, including:
 

• Blue (bright)

• Thick layer

• Cobalt-free

All our passivation treatments comply with applicable RoHS directives and are completely free of harmful hexavalent chromium.
Additionally, we offer the option to apply an optional topcoat to products. This treatment further enhances corrosion protection and reduces the coefficient of friction, contributing to improved functional performance.
